I'm Jay, a Los Angeles copywriter, editor and proofreader. I specialize in creating and optimizing website copy, feature articles, newsletters, email marketing, SEO copywriting and much more:

FREE Consultation
This is the part where you get to talk my ear off. We'll set up a time to go over objectives, either over the phone, through email, or in person if you're local. We'll go over what it is you need done and the ways I can help. Bring all information, including, if you'd like, marketing materials from competitors and outlines you've written. Anything I can take and run with makes for a speedier and more complete outcome. This is your time to figure out if what I can offer will be of benefit to you, so bring the thunder.
If everything is a go, we will sign our work agreement, and you will receive a copy via email or fax. We'll work together on a project timeline and I'll put the pen to the paper.
Pricing
Every project is different. However, my hourly rate is $30 to $40 per hour for basic copywriting and editing. I bill to the quarter hour.
Revisions
My goal is to get it right the first time, and I do everything in my power to do so. 99% of the time revisions aren't even a factor. I do however include one round of revisions. After that, they're billed by the quarter hour.
Payment
A 50% deposit with a written work agreement is required before I begin most projects. The remaining balance is due upon my completion of the work. Payments can be made via check or online through PayPal.
